The Cayman Islands Directors Association is a self regulating association of Cayman Islands resident directors. Each member is an employee of a Cayman Islands financial services company licensed and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority or is an individual whose membership has been sponsored by at least two such members.

As a non-profit, self-regulatory body, CIIPA promotes the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. CIIPA is responsible for registering public practice and accounting firms, providing quality assurance and AML/CFT oversight.
